Dear sir, Please help with deckle 535 ultrasonic cnc machine with serial no. 11065355554, seimens control pannel sinumerik 810D that I have alarms : 600600 BM spindle interlocking -------> other errors 600300 BM feed interlocking Z axis 600200 BM feed interlocking Y axis 600100 BM feed interlocking x axis 600501 BM feed interlocking -5 reference point not appear please help as soon as possible thanks & best regards .
