WinCC Advanced/Flexible "MISSING USER RIGHTS..."?

Hi all! Suddenly, I can not connect any PC HMI application to S7-1200 (6ES7 214-1AG31-0XB0) via Ethernet. Both HMIs, WinCC Advanced V11 SP2, and WinCC Flexible 2008 SP2 reports an error: "missing user rights to write into registry" All the time PLC is online, visible, working fine. Someone knows what is going on?

Solved! Somehow, PG/PC adapter was not set to S7ONLINE -> TCP/IP. When i set that, it worked. But, strange message about "user rigths to write into registy".... Confusing.
