Problem with RSLinx Classic Gateway

Hello everybody, We've a station with a PC (Windows 7 32 bits) connected to a PLC (I don't know exactly model, but it's a new one, RSLogix5000). Our software communicates with the PLC via OPC using RSLinx Classic Gateway sending data (very few, about 6 topics) Communication runs properly until it stops, our software keeps sending signals (for instance Watchdog), but PLC doesn't receive it. It can happen after some hours or days running properly, or in a few minutes, there's no pattern. I've reinstalled rslinx (tried 2.57 and 2.58) without success. Anyone has experiencied this problem?
