TCP communication MT IND331 to CP343-1

Trying to communicate with Mettler Toledo IND331 over ethernet through CP343-1. Using configured connection in Netpro (AG_SEND & AG_RECV). Has anyone had experience of this? Could do with some assistance. MT not very helpful. Thanks.
