FTView SE

Experts, i need ur help. I have FTView SE v6.10, i use the offline tag browser to connect with .acd file.... after that i try to browse these tags with the tag browser.\ Just after i refresh all folders, i get nothing the + sign next to project name disappear and i get nothing at all. any help?
