GMWIN cant find ALT function

Hi Im new to this PLC (IMO G7M) and am having to reproduce a programme from a paper copy but the problem I am having is there is a "one in one out" function that is called ALT yet I cant find it in the Library in GMWIN 4 Am I missing something The Program is for speed control
