hardware errors

hi i use citect scada for manitoring, i know when there is not any communication between control system and citect, i can read hardware error page in citect for using more information about it, but my problem is another thing, i want to read the hex code that is related to that error,for instant when communication is failure the code 0x104 is generated,i want to know where is the location of storage error codes.
