how to upload data from modicon m340?

hi, i want to upload the data from modicon m340(BMX P34 1000)CPU. I have a hand made cable whose model number is TCS MCN 3M4F3C2 It's a RJ45 to RS232 cable. please tell me the upload procedure as soon as possible. Thanks. Regards, Farhan
