Comunication between E5AN and computer

How i can make comunication between E5AN and computer?. I have 2 controllers one is just controller and the second programmer. With the controller i can make comunication but when i try to make comunication with programmer the response is:"@01RX0113.." . I tray make like in manual but stil not working. Can anybody help with thaT? Thank you!!
