ctc 2600 xm and 2219-2 help

Can someone help me with some sample code on how to do the following with a CTC 2600xm controller with 2219-2 servo cards. I have two servo motors. One we will call "cam" and the other we will call "wire". They will be used to manufacture parts. The "cam" contiunously spins and a given rpm. Every revolution produced a part. The "wire" has to do a trapezodial move within one "cam" revolution. The wire amount and speed need to be changeable. For example we might need 10 wire revs per the one cam rev. for a certain part and the next part we do might only have 7 revs per one cam rev. It would be nice to be able to select when in the "cam" rotation the "wire" starts and the accel and deccel would have to adjust to maintain the trapezodial integrity. Any help is greatly appreciated.
