Honeywell 620 EIM Ethernet communications

Could someone out there help me out please ? I have a network of Honeywell 620 PLC systems, each of which has a 620-0089 Ethernet interface module (EIM) installed. We've lost the configuration from one of the EIMs and it needs to be refreshed. This is done using the Honeywell MS-DOS loader (623-60) software with an add in file called ETHERCFG.EXE. We have the Loader but have lost the ethercfg.exe add in. Its no longer available commercially so does any one have a copy I could have please ?
