trouble with download

:*-( Projects cannot be downloaded in the case of the TP 170B color. system warns that the memory card is not existent. .pdz file cannot be downloaded even if the project has nothing in it. How to resolve the qusetion?

Under FILE>DOWNLOAD>PREFERENCES> (in Protool) Make sure the "enable upload" is NOT check marked.
