STL statement

I have some example PLC code in STL statement. But I can not analyze and monitor the variables even if I have the on-line situation. What is the meaning of the STL statement and the monitored variables? (i.e. RLO, STA, Standard, ACCU2, AR1, DB1, DB2, Indirect, Status word...) Thanks for your answer in advance.
