Dec to Hex

Hi, I am a newbie in the field of Automation....got a small doubt.. I want to write a hex value at the end of a string after calculating the CRC of the string. The value I get after calculation is in decimal...is there any direct FBD to convert the dec to hex form.. Or is there any easy method to do this without the use of a dec to hex conversion program.... Thanks
