L31 comm's through EWON 2005

Hi folks, The following configuration is inherited, and I am trying to see if I can get comm's. Anyway, I have a panel with an L31 (not ethernet). Channel 0 is connected to an EWON router. Out of the EWON are 2 ethernet cables, one to a gas analyser and one to an Endress & Hauser data logger. On the EWON there is a connection that says Ethernet. I was wondering how do I connect to the processor through the EWON, or do I need to get an Ethernet card for my backplane? Thanks Conor.

Is this the model EWON you have? My link If so, looks like you'll need the talk2M software it mentions in order to do the connection. You'll not need any ethernet for the L31. Might there be a pc on your lan anywhere with that talk2M software installed?

It looks something like that. I downloaded the talk2M software, but I haven't got a chance to check it out yet.
