Calculating Current Drop

Can anybody help me!!! I need to know how calculate current drop in a electrical tester Based on SLC5/03 My inputs are a couple of shunts 5Amp. 0-50 mV How can i scale the inputs and calculate the current drop per second. I need 30 samples and the average of that. After that i will make a comparison to know is the part under test is in good range. I'll apreciate your help Thanks!!! cesarfaz@hotmail.com
