Dual Monitors

Hello, I do not have a electrical or computer background and have been working on updating a lime kiln control system over to Logix 5000, Studio,RSView. We have the system nearly done and I have dual monitors set up to run off the Client window. The dual monitors work well with any Windows program and windows can be dragged to either of both screens. The problem is that the Client windows will not show up on the second screen. I have made a very tall display to test it and when I scroll down the cursor appears on the other screen but the Client window does not. I have tried different settings on the display; X AND Y. The single monitors work great but I want to give the operators more of a window of their system. What am I missing? Thanks in advance

Hi barry. Sounds like a neat display system ! I found an RSI technote that addresses this very topic: Knowbase A42253469 Let us know if that lets you do what you want with the client window !
