3 posts in this topic

I am currently working on a project using FX1s plc to control a stepper motor. The system work this way, it detect speed of the sensor pulse to determine the speed of the stepper motor by driving a stepper driver directly. Pulse rate of sensor=speed of stepper motor. I am a beginner in using plc can any expert help me on this project.

I'm no expert, but there is a function called 'SPD' or 'Speed Detection' than can be used to detect the rate of input pulses. How are you controlling the motor speed on the output side of the PLC?
