Can't connect to Quantum PLC In "Program" mode

It happend twice within a month. Using Unity Pro 3.1. I connected to my Quantum PLC (using Ethernet), and a popup appears to ask me if I want to connect to the PLC in "Monitor" mode, as the "Program" mode is used by "EMPTY". Has anybody already seen this problem ??

It happens when another terminal (another user) is already connected to the PLC. EMPTY is the name of the computer connected at that time. In that case you could connect only in monitor mode that means you could only read the program or modify variables through an animation table. You have to look for that "hacker" named EMPTY
