Communication CP340

Hello everybody, I want to connect a siemens plc with a modem with a CP340 serial card. Now the sending with the FB3 will works, but we can't receive anything from the modem back. We must get an string as answer (example: $R$LOK$R$L) Did someone knows how you must program it? The receive block of the CP340 will be FB2 or FB1 (old version of FB2). And how can we check the received data in S7?
