Simulator, and Smart Active Parts

Hello I have an NS8 application with some SAPs. Some are for the CPU (Cycle time, Prog/Monitor/Run), and some for inverters that are connected on Devicenet. If I run the simulator (connected to a real PLC), the CPU SAPs work fine, but the inverter SAPs don't work. Anyone know a reason for this? And do they work on NS-Runtime? Cheers Pp
