Cabling in ATEX Zone 21

Hi, Is there any one known What type of cable can be used in ATEX Zone 21 and wire color code for control Panel( PLC inputs/Output, 24VDC, 230VAC, 3 phase Circuit, etc) if the control panel are going to be used in Europe. Many thanks Robertx
