PID using BIAS in Microsystems

I'm working with Scada pack 32 Microsystems controllers. Now I Trying to program a PID to control speed of 4 water pumps, I have to implement this control with BIAS funtion, however this controller doesn't include PID, but PIDA which is a PID with analog output. I can't find clear information about this BIAS funtion, so If someone knows how to implement BIAS or at least some information please let me know. Thanks very much
