Panel View Firmware update...

Hi again! ... I have the file .exe for the panel view firmware upgrade and installed as instructed by the rockwell website ... knowing were my .fup files are located and physically confirmed by looking with the windows explorer, I run the Firmware Upgrade wizard and it cannot find any upgrade file ... any inputs on this one???? Thanks in advance again!
