Use Quartech 2800 series operator interface to control two Ultra3000 servo drives

I configure one drive as 'Analog Velocity Input' mode,another is in 'Follower: Auxiliary Encoder ' mode,then I use programmed 2800 operator interface to setup Velocity value and gear ratio but there is intermittent issue during operating it: like' ########' then 'velocity value'. Is there anybody have met this problem before? Very appreciate if you can give a hand on this.
