connecting a Q series with a modem

Hi does any one has use this software mitsubishi PLC com modem tool, or knows where we can find it. what we need is to connect a Q series (Q02H) with a remote PC to program it using GX IEC developer. now what we have is the CPU Q02H and the module QJ71C24 and a couple of external modems one is a US robotics V92 but it doest work, has any one done it before whit comercial modems?

Yes, we've done it with the Mitsubishi Industrial Modems, MIM-A01 and MIM-G01.
