Micrologix 1400 HSC:0 Looking for a configuration example. Using a gas meter with a contact output representing x pulses per cubic foot of gas. Want to calculate flow rate and totalize.

I have a ControlLogix Redundant PLC System in test. It has 8 EN2TR remote I/O chassis with a total of 55 I/O modules used. The RPIs are not set and most are at 10ms. Got a couple of fatal errors related to watchdog timer. Looking for recommendations on RPI settings and anything else to eliminate fatal error
