I am trying to use the fwrite instruction to record data. I have tried the example in the instruction reference manual with no success. I have tried different combinations of the control word. I am not getting anything to the memory card. The memory card works fine when using it on a program transfer. I am using a CS1 CPU45h. Any suggestions. Great site, I check it out everyday.

I am using Dm area to display PLC clock time on the NS 10 screen. Is there a way to write to the internal NS clock so the alarms will match the PLC time. Thanks for the wealth of knowledge on this site.

I bought an IO gear brand usb to serial converter at Wal-Mart. I have used it on CPM1A, CQM1, and CS1G-CPU45H. Retails for 30 Dollars.

I am using dde to excell to monitor a few points. It has worked fine on a test PLC When I tried it on another identical PLC I keep getting # Bad Point in the cell.I have tried many different settings. At first I was getting comm error now just # bad point. I am using an OMRON CS1G-CPU-45H Connected Toolbus Thanks for all of the great info on this site.
