PC to S7-300 CPU314

Hi, i'm used siemen S7-300 for the first time, so i didn't know to much, can we make direct connection between PC to S7-300 cpu 314? if we can connect directly, would you like to give me the drawing for the pin number for each connector, because i have looked for it at operational manual of S7-300 but i couldn't found it. Thank's before

Hi there, If you would like to connect a PC to an S7-300 plc I suggest that U should use an communication card. For ethernet is this CP 343-1 For Profibus is CP 343-5 see ya

You'll need a serial to MPI adapter from siemens. From what I've read about it, no one has reverse engineered it. I think it's between $300-$400US
