Westinghouse PC-1200 Upload

I'm looking for software and a cable to connect a PC to a Westinghouse PC-1200 PLC. The Westinghouse part number is NLSW-784 (Integrated APL Programming/Documentation/Utilities Package) . A NLSW-783 (APL Programming Package) or NLSW-783U (APL Programming and Offline Utilities Package) may work. Any other 3rd party software that will work would be all right also such as a Ladder Logic Editor. Any help would be appreciated.
