Ethernet Setup for CJ1M CPU11

hello guys 

can anyone show me how to control plc via WAN network if i am using different segment?

for example my pc use 10.61.47.237 ip address

my plc address is 10.61.47.8

and my network have various of segment for example a school which are

1- 10.8.25.258....

2- 10.8.28.179....

3- 10.8.29.174 and so on..

we can see the third octet of the ip address is different...if am ping the plc address by using pc address the result is positive..

but if am ping the plc address by using number 1 or 2 or 3 ip address as mention above, the result is negative..

at the cmd windows it said that destionation unreachable of request time out..

can someone help me how to setup the different segment in CX Programmer
