PC-HMI Cummunications error messege.

Dear all, My name's Toan, I am Vietnamese. I have a Mitsubishi HMI F940GOT. I uploaded the program from HMI 2 times, it's ok. But I changed and downloaded the program, I got the messege: "Communication error occurred - Receive error 0263" I set PC-"COM1". HMI - "COM1". Baudrate "9600". PC-HMI Cable: 2 Female Com DB9 2->3 3->2 4->6+8 5->5 6+8->4 I used a VOM to checked the cable, it’s ok. Can you give me some advices.
