Remote Access to A2A

Currently there is a US Robotics modem connected to an A2A processor via an AJ71 serial card. I have the AJ71 settings. Can someone tell me how to set up MEDOC 2.3 to communicate with the processor via this link. I know the link works (installed by third party) and although I have done this before (many years ago) I am struggling. Also with OS platform should I be using on the PC.
