Need Siemens Help

I'm new to Siemens and am having trouble with the data types. I have 3 different types that I'll be getting into memory from a GE Multilin via Modbus. I just need to know which data type I should assign to this to get the proper value out. 1st is 16 bit unsigned integer 2nd is 16 bit unsigned intiger, 2 decimal places 3rd is 16 bit twos compliment binary What data type should I assign to the addresses or what can I do to make useful information from this?
