    I have uploaded a program from an FXo into Medoc. How do I import this into GX Developer? The import option in GX is greyed out. I am not a big fan of this bit of software, it's a bitch to use!!!

  2. Simple S5 Programming Problem

    For you S5 programming experts out there, how do I handle thumbwheels connected to 8 inputs to enter a number between 0 and 99 into the PLC in BCD format and then compare that number with a counter. All the program needs to do is to compare the number set on the thumbwheels to a machine cycle count and then change state when they are equal. I know how to do this with a fixed count number but I don't know how to handle the inputs and convert them into a number in a register. The S5 manual may as well be in German

    Which CPU do I select if I want to read the program from an A1SH CPU into GX Developer 7 ? Is it me or is this bit of software not the easiest in the world to use ? I think piloting the Space Shuttle must seem easy if you can master GX Developer !!!!! TIA.
