You have to use a heat gun to heat around the plastic housing. It has glue around all the edges. Once it is hot you can pry it open. Be careful of the glass, it can shatter when too much pressure is applied. You can purchase screens from this website: http://www.plccable.com/allen-bradley-panelview-plus-600-2711p-t6-glass-2711p-t6c-2711p-t6m/ They have different screens for different HMIs also.
