  1. Greetings, My company has an automation line being built in Italy and it will arrive at our US facility later this year. I've been asked what are the regulations required to run the automation line in the US. The Italian integrator will get the line CE certified, but I don't know if this is good enough for US operations. It's my understanding that there isn't really a US equivalent certification (maybe UL, but that is component level) and the only real requirement is that the line meets or exceeds all OSHA and NFPA regulations. This is a simple assembly line, nothing special on the safety side, so I'm hoping this is the case. Does anybody have experience bringing an automation line to the US from Europe?  Thanks for the help. If this post is in the wrong spot, sorry.  I can't find any information about this on the internet, so I'm hoping the Siemens group might have this experience. DW
