NT31C Upload Issues

Hi Need some help. I have been trying to upload from a Omron NT31C-ST141-EV1 to NT series Support Tool (4.8) on my PC as back up. I have tried all the NT31C model types on the Support Tool but keep getting the same error on PC - System program version installed in the PT and the application version selected in the support tool does not match. Please check the system program version in the PT and the selected model at the Support Tool. Communication aborted. 'Connecting' does flash up briefly on the PT, so they are linked. The PT is running system version 2.11 (1999) Can anyone help? Kind Regards MC
