Hi! I´ve a machine with an american PLC, his name is MPC1, the model is MPC1C22. This PLC have a sub-d9 connector at botton side and other sub-d15 for module expansión connection. I need extract his program for dissasemble it. Anyone knows the schematics and software for this PLC? I can´t find nothing for now Thanks very much!!!

Hi! Well I had reset a PLC S5-115U for few days ago. The process is the folowing: -Remove the battery. -Put the RN/ST switch in ST position (Stop) -Place again the battery. -Keep push the NR/RE/OR switch in OR position. -Without free this switch, move RN/ST switch for 2 successive times and leave in RN position. -Free NR/RE/OR switch in RE position. When you remove the battery, the CPU lose the RAM memory. I secured load the program again following this process. Regards!

Hi! I made a cable for connect a Omron Mini SP20 to a PC, but I can´t secure a conmunication with the PLC. Now, I will check the pin connection, but I have a doubt: this cable need connect the netting´s cable between PC and PLC. And, when turn on Link´s led? Hi! I have a problem with a PSU module of a SIMATIC S5-115U. This PLC control a KBA rotative offset, a operator push a Stop botton ahd the PSU shutdown. I replace a damper diode and the PSU switch on but when mount this module in a machine with load, the PSU shutdown. With a new PSU works fine. Some sugestion for repair this fault? Are possible see the schematics? Regards!!!

Hi!! This is my first post in this forum. I need extract the program from PLC Omron SYSMAC SP20 to PC, for guard a backup program. (using MiniLSS with the cable posted in this forum) The final solution could be write this program in a new PLC Omron. My question is: which PLC are compatibility with the code of SP20? Or would be require disassemble code and port to a new PLC format. Likely the new PLC will be a SYSMAC CPM1A. Regards!!!
