Hello all, I'm using the built in analog inputs on the FX3GE-24M, and a fluke 773 milliamp Process meter to "simulate" input signal. I currently only have the meter connected to channel 2. I am getting readings on chanel 1 while not even having anything connected to it. the readings will also change in value as i increase or decrease the signal, so somehow it is seeing a signal. when there is no meter atatched to either, channel 1 will still jump around in value. this is a brand new PLC. could channel 1 be damaged? ive attatched a picture of monitored reading

Thank you very much Lambir! This was absolutely my problem, I was running around in circles trying to figure that one out. Is there any documentation that would have a list of ports and the corresponding modules/cards they are reserved for? thanks again

Hello all, I'm new to using mitsubishi products. I have a FX3GE-24M and a GS2107-WTBD HMI. I have them both programmed, but I am having trouble getting them communicating with eachother. I have my laptop, PLC, and HMI all connected on an ethernet switch. and I've set all my IP's within the same range (as required to communicate with PLC and laptop over ethernet). I have no issues at all communicating with my PLC over ethernet. I am however, having issues communication with my HMI over ethernet ( the only way I can transfer data is USB). Not too sure what I'm doing wrong, and a point in the right direction would be appreciated! thanks

hello everyone, first ill give u an idea of what im doing. i have an increment instruction (590) used with the 1 sec clock pulse. when the incrementer reachs a certain value i want it to clear the data in the word addressed to it. im unsure what instruction to use, at first i thought i could use a reset, but from what i can tell, you can only reset one bit of the word....just had a brain fart as i was typing this, would resetting every bit simultaniously of the word i want to clear work?...any help would be appreciated

hey guys, I'm currently working on the final portions of my project. I'm a fresh graduate out out of school and was trained on Allen Bradley, so im not familiar with the Omron gear. i need to make a timer which will track the time that a machine has been running for. after 1000 hours a service light will come on. Allen Bradley retentative timers are pretty straight forward, but im having trouble grasping it with cx programmer. a point in the right direction would be appreciated. thanks
