Exponential function

Using a Siemens S7224/226 PLC I'm trying to figure out the following: I have a value of say 3 and I need to raise it to the power of say 2.38, I see various functions that could work, but I'm not that experienced,well versed and unable to understand how to do this ..... Anyone out there be in a psoition to assist me. Thanks Jonathan
