HITACHI HIZAC J-16

Hello guys, I'm looking for information about a very old PLC Hitachi HIZAC J-16. I need information how todownload the program into a PC, programming cable design, etc. I have programmable controller for PLC (name's PGMJ). Thanks in advance.
