Cutler Hammer / Toshiba PLC

3 posts in this topic

Working on old control panel circa 1986 which has Cutler Hammer D100 PLC. These were Toishiba PLCs with CH's label. Is there a site where I can obtain programming software and PC to PLC connecting cable, ot should I scrap it and start again?

I remember having to work on one of these and not having a converter for my programming cable. I seem to remember the D100 having an RS-422 port for programming. It requires a special converter that you should be able to get from Toshiba. I could not get one a few years ago from Cutler-Hammer, but you may have luck from Toshiba. Try this instead. Don't go to OMRON. Here is a Toshiba link http://xtronics.com/toshiba/cutlerxref.htm
