Beckhoff PLC Problem

When start TwinCat Router->Info->Transports=0 When start HMI programm -> error x01b (Host Unreachable). Reinstall TwinCat, nothing do. How check problem? Sorry, for bad English.

When does it happen? Is it during start up of TCatPlcCtrlHMI?? Have you made any bootproject? Have you chosen correct Run-time system?
