1746-HSCE2 Configuration

Hi... I used 1746_HSCE2 with two units of AB 845H incremental encoder. I want to measure two units of Flywheel speed (each flywheel with 60" diameter). How to configure 1746-HSCE2 to measure actual speed of Flywheel? Any idea? Thank you. JamesWSY

Can't give specific advice, but the HSCE2 should do frequency like the HSCE does. A little bit of math on the frequency will give you the speed.

Could we get sample of RSLogix 500, how to cinfigure HSCE2 to show the speed? Thank you. James

As I said I don't have experience of the HSCE2 only the HSCE On the HSCE word 2 of the input words is frequency, the sample period can be set in the configuration you send to the HSCE. The manual for the HSCE2 should cover the setup and in which words various data will appear.
