How to Delete Unused tags on RSLogix5000

I want to check unused tags on RSLogix5000 and delete it? How to do it? For RSLogix5/500 easy to do from data table (used address with X sign). Thank you for help. Percy

From the Controller Tags window, select Unused under Show. You should now have a list that you can delete (from the Edit Tags tab).
