Error releasing read protection

Sometimes, quite often, I'm not allowed to release the password protection from the PLC.

Does anyone know what causes it? I do not understand the explanation and suggestions in the error message, apart from checking the password, which is correct.

It mentions online-edit history and a set parameter? What are those and where can they be found or their documentation?
