Posted Monday at 2:30 PM (edited) hi, I'm trying to find out what kind of HMI panels can be used for a LOGO!8 ethernet plc. are panels from simens that can be used... they are a bit expensive Edited Monday at 2:30 PM by Kim Jessen
Posted Tuesday at 9:24 PM Logo isn't really a PLC, it's intended to be a programmable relay. A PLC would have more options for HMI. I do not recall anyone other than Siemens making a small one to talk to Logo.
Posted yesterday at 7:07 AM Morning, Weintek panels can communicate with Ethernet Siemens Logo. They're cheaper than Siemens hmis even if KTP ones are not so expensive than that and work with Logo too. http://dl.weintek.com/public/PLC_Connect_Guide/Siemens_LOGO_Ethernet.pdf JC
Posted yesterday at 10:39 AM If you use LOGO!8 for V8 or later it can be set communication to be Modbus TCP Server then you can use any HMI Touchscreen that can use with Modbus TCP connection. 1 person likes this
