I suspect what you have is BTERMIBM. This is nothing more than a DOS-based IBM-compatible terminal emulation program for the TI BASIC module for either the 500-series or 505-series of PLCs. You run it on a PC to allow you to load/save programs etc to the module. From what I remember the whole thing is driven by the F-keys or alt+' ' hotkey combinations. Try pressing F1 for help - it's usually a good starting place.
