kinetix5700 2198-s086-ERS3 fault fuse blown suddely

We are facing one problem related to kinetix5700 2198-s086-ERS3  during running suddenly drive and show alarm fuse blown . when we check the drive different component related to igbt section found faulty igbt , mosfet etc  . we have checked power cable, resolver cable and motor all are ok and also meggering the power cable not found any problem in field .

how to protect  drive ?  , need some solution/parameter which indicate the fault and protect our drive

Sometimes they die on  their own.  If a recent installation, you should have Rockwell come check your situation for warranty replacement.  Do note that you must also protect on the power side of the unit.  A big spike in your incoming power can reach the IGBTs.  Input reactors can help with that.
